Craft: Frankenstein Head Monster
The children were given a Frankenstein head and hair to color. The hair and four strips of paper were glued to the head for arms and legs.
Literacy Extensions:
- Both Sally and the Some-Thing and Leonardo the Terrible Monster are about friendship. Ask your child why the monsters in the books would or would not make a good friend.
- Tickle Monster focuses on the different parts of the monster's body. As you are reading the book, have your child point out the different body parts on their own body.
