Merry Christmas! -- 12/23/24

Story Times are held weekly on Monday and Tuesday mornings at 10:00 am. A monthly virtual Story Time is posted the first Tuesday of the month on the library's Facebook page.  It is available to view for one month before the next video is posted.

Christmas Parade by Sandra Boynton

Craft: Gingerbread House
This week's craft was a purchased craft kit.
Kids colored a gingerbread house and then folded it like a Chinese takeout box.  It was tied closed.

Extension Activities:
- After reading Cookiesaurus Christmas, make sure to add some dinosaurs to your holiday.  Make and decorate dinosaur Christmas cookies, add a dinosaur ornament to your tree, etc.
- Discuss with your child about their (and yours) favorite parts of the holidays.  What do they look forward to the most?  What do they dislike?

Virtual Story Time: Merry Christmas! -- December 2024

Each month, Miss Amy records a virtual Story Time that goes along with the monthly theme.  It will be posted monthly in the morning of the first Tuesday of the month.  (The video is available to watch for one month before a new one is uploaded.)
